此外,原文的结尾处(如“... couldn't believe what happened next.”)

情绪描写进阶工具箱 😊 开心/满意 • A wave of happiness swept over her. • Her face broke into a bright smile. • His heart sang with joy. • Tears of relief trickled down her cheeks. • She felt like the luckiest person on earth. 😨 害怕/紧张 • A cold shiver ran down his spine. • Her heart pounded against her chest. • His face turned deathly pale. • She froze on the spot, unable to move. • His mouth went dry, and his voice failed him. 😢 悲伤/绝望 • A heavy weight settled in the pit of her stomach. • Tears blurred his vision. • She choked back a sob. • His shoulders slumped in despair. • The news hit her like a punch in the gut. 😲 惊讶/震惊 • His eyes widened in disbelief. • She let out a gasp of surprise. • He stood rooted to the spot, speechless. • Her jaw dropped. • It took a moment for the reality to sink in.

He opened the door and saw a stranger.
Opening the door, he found a stranger standing right in front of him, his eyes fixed on the letter.

Jenny was a 13-year-old girl who always complained about her old bike. One day, on her way home, she saw a beautiful new bike at a shop. She fell in love with it at first sight. When she got home, she begged her father to buy it for her. However, her father, a poor worker, said sorry to her. Jenny felt so upset that she locked herself in her room. At midnight, she decided to run away. She packed a small bag and sneaked out of the house. But when she passed the window of her parents' bedroom, she saw something that made her stop.

注意:划线词:old bike, beautiful, shop, father, poor, midnight, window

原文结尾:Jenny 在凌晨经过父母房间窗户时看到“something that made her stop”。

Paragraph 1:
Through the window, she saw her father sitting by the dim lamp, carefully fixing her old old bike. His rough hands, covered in oil, were adjusting the chain with great patience. On the table lay a small note: “Dear Jenny, I know you love that beautiful bike at the shop, but I can’t afford it now. I’ll fix your old bike as best as I can. Love, Daddy.” A lump formed in Jenny’s throat. Tears streamed down her face as she realized how much her poor father loved her.

Paragraph 2:
At that midnight, Jenny quietly pushed the door open and walked in. She hugged her father tightly, sobbing, “I’m sorry, Dad. I didn’t mean to make you worry.” Her father gently patted her back, saying nothing. The next morning, Jenny rode her old bike to school with a bright smile, feeling that it was the most beautiful bike in the world. She had learned that love is not about how expensive a gift is, but how much heart is put into it.

使用情感变化的过渡句,如“But gradually, she calmed down as ...”。

  4. 学会自我检查“3C”:写完后问自己:Coherence(情节连贯吗?)、Consistency(性格统一吗?)、Correction(语法拼写对吗?)。

Tom was an exchange student in China. He was eager to taste local food but was always afraid of spicy dishes. One day, his Chinese friend Li Wei invited him to a traditional hotpot restaurant. Seeing the boiling red soup full of chilies, Tom hesitated. Li Wei smiled and said, “Don't worry, I'll help you.” Tom reluctantly took a bite. To his surprise, it wasn't as spicy as he thought — it was delicious! However, a few minutes later, his mouth began to burn. He grabbed a glass of water and drank it hurriedly. But that only made things worse. He felt tears welling up in his eyes. Li Wei quickly passed him ...
